Common operator workflows partners rely on after go-live.

Trader support​

  • Look up a trader by Eterna user id
  • Review balances, orders, executions, and fee history
  • Inspect referral and rewards context where enabled
  • Trigger constrained support actions that are audited

Funding operations​

  • Monitor deposit sessions and credited deposits in realtime views
  • Resolve attribution with a narrow action set (match, acknowledge unmatched, continue settlement steps, leave notes)
  • Review withdrawals and enforce coin blacklists / fee configuration

Operators do not edit raw exchange facts. Settlement truth stays with the venue rails.

Risk and trading oversight​

Audit​

Sensitive grant, role, and funding actions write admin action logs. Use logs during incident review and compliance export.

Security posture (partner-facing)​

  • No IP whitelist inside the role system: use your VPN / Zero Trust for network control
  • Least-privilege roles over shared super-admin accounts
  • Never paste production secrets into tickets or chat
